Carthage’s Cuff gets 1st college homer in Louisiana win

HAMMOND, La. (KLTV) - Former Carthage Bulldog Connor Cuff recorded his first home run of his college career in Louisiana’s 15-8 win over Southeastern Louisiana on Tuesday.
The freshman entered the game in the sixth inning and hit his solo two-run homer in the eighth to give Louisiana a 15-8 lead.
Louisiana improves to 29-9 on the season. The Ragin’ Cajuns will conclude their two-game series against Southeastern at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
